Oats & Cottage Cheese Pancakes Con’t…

These are too good! I topped mine with delish local raspberry jam (by Jammin’ George) and I’ve enjoyed pre and post workout this morning! And bonus… they’re easy to flip and don’t fall apart like other recipes I’ve tried!

Start an active weekend morning with oats & cottage cheese pancakes!

Yum Yum Yum! I’ve cut out most grains from my diet… although, I can’t quit OATS! So combining my love for oats and energy pumping protein… oats & cottage cheese pancakes were whipped up this morning. Recipe & pics to follow…
