HUBBA BUBBA SMOKEHOUSE - Flat Rock - 694-3551 - Exceptional wood-fired BBQ and sides! New restaurant tucked away behind the "rainbow row" shops near Flat Rock Playhouse. Food is 'to-go' only with outdoor pavilion seating (so go on a pretty day). The pulled pork is some of the best around.
