I think it’s been two weeks since our initial offer on the property and still no response from the sellers. Rather than fretting, we’re taking advantage of the wait to prepare our current home for market.
Keith took Friday off and he will also be off tomorrow (Monday) and Tuesday. As usual our plans are quite grandiose compared to our actual accomplishments, but we’re making great headway mostly because Keith is a beast! Our goal is to have our house ready for listing by Monday, August 24th. The goal was the 15th, but upon reviewing our extensive punch list combined with our weary, achy bones we know the 24th is more realistic.

Keith has requested I stop with the redundant “Are we crazy?” We both feel it in our bones that this particular property at this particular time of our lives is our Yonderways – a life-long dream for which we’re willing to give our all. We’re preparing mentally, emotionally and physically for this next adventure.
